KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep of building interiors and exteriors under limited supervision. You will implement preventative maintenance and support the Chief Engineer in repairs across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting and flooring.
You will schedule vendors, maintain service logs, monitor building systems, ensure safety, and respond to emergencies while following KWPMC procedures.
