Role DescriptionThe Maintenance Coordinator is an on-site, full-time role based in Miami, FL. This position involves overseeing the regular upkeep and maintenance of facilities and equipment, ensuring that systems operate efficiently without interruptions. Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance teams, addressing urgent repairs, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The Maintenance Coordinator will collaborate with teams and contractors to achieve efficient maintenance management.
Qualifications- Experience with Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance Management
- Ability to oversee and manage maintenance teams with strong Supervisory Skills
- Proficiency in Maintenance processes, scheduling, and troubleshooting
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance regulations
- Hands‑on experience in facility and property management is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification is beneficial
