Position: Part-Time Housekeeper Needed for Luxury Home | Coconut Grove, FL
A private couple is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper for their single-family residence located in Coconut Grove, Florida. The home is a two-story, four-bedroom, four-bath residence of approximately 4,500 square feet. The household consists of two adults and two friendly Labrador retrievers. No pet care is required; however, the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a dog-friendly home.

Schedule
The family is flexible and offers two schedule options:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  or
• Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
• 8 hours per day
• Flexible start time: 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping duties throughout the home
• Deep cleaning of bathrooms
• Cleaning and maintaining floors
• Kitchen cleaning and upkeep
• Dusting all surfaces
• Changing bed linens once weekly
• Laundry for towels and linens (only)
• Light ironing and pressing bed linens.
• Cleaning the home gym and outdoor cabana
• Cleaning the tops of closet, bookcases and other elevated surfaces

Requirements

• Prior experience working in private homes
• Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
• Must be physically able to perform deep cleaning tasks
• Comfortable using a step ladder for elevated cleaning
• Must be able to reach, climb, bend, lift, and work at heights
• Ability to perform physically demanding housekeeping duties
• Dog-friendly (no pet care required)

Compensation

• $35-$40 per hour, commensurate with experience
