Assist with general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks;
Perform routine inspections of facilities and report maintenance issues;
Complete minor repairs such as fixing doors, locks, drywall, lighting, and fixtures;
Assist with preventive maintenance programs;
Maintain exterior grounds, including trash removal, basic landscaping, and snow/ice removal (as needed)
