• Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms.
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming hallways, stairs, office space.
• Cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies.
• Washing walls, ceilings, windows, sills, door panels, woodwork.
• Transporting trash and waste to disposal area and emptying trash & garbage containers.
• Cutting and trimming grass, if required.
• Transporting small equipment or tools on property.

• A high‑school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum one year hands‑on maintenance experience in cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift and work with heavy equipment; valid driver’s license and good driving record; auto insurance required.
