Salary Range: $27.00 – $27.00 hourly

• Lead maintenance team, prepare schedules, coordinate work orders, train staff.
• Organize, prioritize, and ensure service requests and repairs are completed correctly and timely; record activities.
• Oversee turnkey operations, ensure vacant units are rent‑ready, manage quality of maintenance services.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems and minor electrical repairs.
• Walk vacant units to determine make‑ready needs, coordinate efforts with manager, schedule, and approve purchases/contracting for major replacements.
• Complete grounds work: pickup trash, sweeping, pressure washing, clearing, cleaning dumpster area, maintain landscape.
• Provide 24‑hour emergency maintenance responses; on‑call as required.

• High school diploma or GED or specialized vocational training.
• At least 3 years of building and facility maintenance experience, with supervisory experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• Electrical, plumbing, or other trade certification highly desired.
• Intermediate reading/writing in English; ability to read diagrams, meters, instructions and write reports; basic math skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
• High level of integrity, ability to handle confidential resident information.
• Proficiency with computers for data entry, word processing, spreadsheet, or custom applications.
• Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
