Cleaning Technician - Day Porter

Responsibilities- Clean a designated building or facility area, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and restroom maintenance.
- Work with a team of experts in the line of work.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the floors in the assigned section.
- Remove all trash from the assigned sections.

- Work Experience:
1‑3 years - Ability to pass a Drug Test
- Ability to pass a routine background check
- Strong attention to detail
- Capacity to take direction
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Willingness to work late night shifts
- High school diploma / GED required
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
- Physically capable of standing on your feet for up to eight (8) hours
- Physically capable of kneeling down
- Physically capable of lifting arms overhead
- Physically capable of carrying a backpack vacuum weighing up to 10 pounds
- Physically capable of pushing an upright vacuum
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
