Position: HOUSEKEEPER/ PERSONAL DE LIMPIEZA

The Housekeeper role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within facilities in Miami, FL. This position ensures that all areas of the facility are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The Housekeeper will manage routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, while also attending to special cleaning projects as needed. Attention to detail and consistency are critical to ensure that the facility remains in pristine condition at all times.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning role in commercial spaces.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Reliable and punctual with good time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in commercial spaces and/or cleaning while client(s) or guests are present
  • Familiarity with eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
  • Good communication skills to interact respectfully with guests and management.
Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean and sanitize offices, bathrooms, kitchenettes and not limited to other areas depending of the facility, ensuring all surfaces are hygienic and spotless.
  • Restock supplies and notify management when inventory is low or replacements are needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.
  • Organize and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment.

The required skills such as attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning techniques are applied daily to ensure every area of the home is thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Physical stamina and time management skills enable the Housekeeper to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality.
