Location:
Miami, Florida
Schedule:
Full-time, generally Monday-Friday with flexibility required
Compensation & Benefits: $38-$44/hour DOE + medical, dental, and vision benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, 3 weeks paid vacation, 10 paid holidays, and 7 paid sick days annually
Responsibilities:
Full-charge housekeeping and daily upkeep of the residence
Deep cleaning and maintaining museum-quality standards throughout the home
Making beds and changing linens
Laundry care including washing, steaming, ironing, folding, and wardrobe organization
Organizing closets, pantries, storage areas, and household systems
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of both interior and exterior living spaces
Assisting with household inventory management and stocking supplies
Assisting with hospitality and service as needed
Supporting event preparation and household projects
Additional duties and special projects as requested
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a similar role within a private home or estate
Strong understanding of luxury home care and high-level housekeeping standards
Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-oriented
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
Comfortable using smartphones and household technology systems
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to successfully complete a background check and reference verification
Willingness to travel to additional properties as needed
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when principals or guests are in residence
Ability to work longer hours during periods of high household activity
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining a home to exceptional standards. We are looking for someone with experience working in high-end private homes who communicates clearly and professionally, works well alongside other household staff, and can seamlessly help keep the residence running smoothly day to day.
This person should be intuitive, adaptable, service-minded, and genuinely enjoy creating and maintaining a beautifully run home environment. Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are all extremely important for this role, along with the ability to seamlessly adapt to the evolving needs of a busy luxury household while maintaining professionalism at all times.
