Position SummaryAs a Maintenance Technician at Bomnin Automotive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our dealership facilities across South Florida. You will work closely with the Facilities team, responding to maintenance calls and performing routine inspections. Your responsibilities will include addressing inspection results promptly to maintain safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to maintenance calls and service requests at various Bomnin Automotive dealerships in South Florida.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on dealership facilities and equipment.
- Change AC filters in all AC units monthly to ensure proper functioning and air quality.
- Address inspection results and comments in a timely manner to maintain safety and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the Facilities team to ensure the smooth operation of all dealership locations.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced dealership environment to meet maintenance needs and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required to ensure safety while performing maintenance tasks.
- Commitment to completing all required machinery training to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Working in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
- Climbing ladders and working at heights as necessary.
- Fast‑paced dealership environment with exposure to automotive operations.
- Regular interaction with dealership staff and customers.
- Occasional exposure to hazardous materials and chemicals.
- Use of personal protective equipment as needed.

ComplianceThe Maintenance Technician is expected to be part of the KPA inspections process and ensure all inspection results and comments are promptly addressed to maintain safety and compliance standards.
