Position Summary
As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks, responding to spills, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the shift.
Responsibilities- Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
- Cleans all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
- Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store them properly, and place orders to replenish supplies.

Minimum Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older.
The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
