Job Duties:
Perform day-to-day facility maintenance and repairs, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, fixtures, and lighting
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment; document and report findings
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent facility issues; act as a first responder to system failures when needed
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot facility issues to minimize downtime
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall safety of the facility and surrounding areas
Set up, break down, and relocate furniture, equipment, and materials as required
Ensure supply rooms and bathrooms are properly stocked at all times
Perform cleaning duties when required
Coordinate and oversee vendors and outside contractors for specialized repairs or larger projects
Assist with facility-related projects and improvements
Monitor and respond to security and safety concerns
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
Work indoors and outdoors, including at heights, as required
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner
Be available to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed
Required
Skills & Qualifications Working knowledge of general maintenance systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and take ownership of issues
Hands-on experience using hand and power tools, multimeters, and basic diagnostic equipment
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform physical tasks throughout the day Comfortable working in various weather conditions and at heights
Strong communication skills; able to interact professionally with management and staff
Reliable, punctual, and highly dependable
Proactive mindset; identifies and addresses issues without waiting to be directed
Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
Team player with a strong work ethic and pride in maintaining the facility
