JOB SUMMARY:

Perform general housekeeping for the Clubhouse of The Loxahatchee Club. Under the direction of the Director of Facilities housekeepers are scheduled to clean the Clubhouse and outlets at The Loxahatchee Club.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent or combination related work experience. Two years general housekeeping experience.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within our Club. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members satisfaction. You will oversee the Clubhouse Housekeeping staff, do weekly schedule, complete checklists and assign duties.

Summer - During the summer, housekeeper duties change. Housekeeper schedule may consist of cleaning of patio furniture, deep cleaning of outlets, touch up services, lobby/outlet services.

SKILLS Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.

Must have the ability to Read and Write English Ability to utilize and update an IPAD app based program

Understanding and ability to recognize and report issues such as roof leaks, pest control, restroom issues, plumbing, equipment etc.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.

Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.

Ability to adapt to different preferences and accommodate special requests.

High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Able to lift to 30 lbs. floor to waist and overhead without assistance and able to assist other team members in lifting items >30 lbs.
2. Able to stand, walk and work long hours between rest periods.
3. Able to reach, bend, climb, grasp, kneel, push, pull, and twist as needed.
4. Ability to speak and communicate with supervisor and co-workers.
5. Employee must be able to work alone (unattended) for up to 8 hours at a time.
6. Must be able to speak English.
7. Must pass a background check and drug test
