Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans;

using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs following company guidelines under the direct supervision of a qualified shop technician on Walmart equipment such as trailers.
• Create and process work orders, assessing maintenance and repair needs, identifying needed parts and solutions, and selecting the best possible solution.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs including dismounting/installing tires, repairing flats, balancing tires, adjusting landing gear, replacing lights, and trailer door repairs while following company and DOT guidelines and requirements.
• Seek approval for maintenance and repairs performed by qualified shop technicians.
• Communicate with individuals or groups—customers, suppliers, associates—verbally and in writing; complete work orders, records, logs, and other written or computer‑based documents per established procedures.
• Receive fuel drops and conduct fuel sampling by monitoring the drop, ensuring safety compliance and procedures for fuel additives, monitoring tank levels before and after the drop, collecting and preparing fuel samples for analysis and shipping, and completing appropriate paperwork.

• Valid state‑issued driver's license.
