Basic Requirements:

💪 Strength & Safety: Lift over 90 lbs easily and handle ladders like a pro.
🧗♂️ Comfort with Heights: Climb confidently and safely.
🚗 Driver’s License: Must have a valid license and reliable transportation.
🎂 Age Requirement: Must be 18 or older.

Pay & Benefits:

$15-$18/hr during the probation period
$18-$25/hr after probation, with regular raises based on performance
No Nights or Major Holidays: Weekends required during busy times
Holiday Bonus & PTO: After a year of employment
