Villages II in Miami, FL is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the community’s grounds, amenities, and exterior areas. You will support the maintenance team with landscaping tasks, cleaning, and basic repairs to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
Responsibilities include mowing, edging, planting, debris removal, pool area upkeep, light maintenance, and assisting with vacant unit prep. Valid driver’s license and safety awareness are required.
