** Vehicle Technician (Base Ops)
** to join their team. As a  
** Vehicle Technician** , you will be part of the  
** Fleet Operations Department
** supporting the  
** Vehicle Readiness and Engineering Operations Team** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong problem-solving skills** ,  
** excellent communication skills** , and a  
** self-starter mindset** , which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Pay Range:**  $43.00 - $50.00 per hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle readiness inspections for safe on-road operation.

+ Coordinate and drive vehicle repair processes while escalating complex issues to engineering teams.

+ Maintain service records, quality reports, and diagnostic documentation.

+ Support shop operations, including tool organization, facility upkeep, and inventory management.

+ Ensure fleet vehicles are prepared for testing, demonstrations, and operational requirements.

** What's Needed?*
* + 2+ years of vehicle technician experience with strong automotive maintenance and repair knowledge.

+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

+ Ability to diagnose vehicle issues and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.

+ Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screen.
