Delivery of city satellites (schools, daycares, restaurant foyers) according to the schedule and in strict respect of the cold and hot chain
- First empty tour in the sites to recover containers
- Cleaning and disinfecting of containers and gastro bins before re-use
- Connection of the truck's cold group to ensure the cold maintenance of the entries and desserts
- Connection of containers as soon as possible to ensure the hot maintenance
- Familiarize with the menu and communicate with production before loading the truck
- Optimize delivery tours to ensure the respect of temperature conservation
- Establish and maintain good relations with satellite agents to smooth deliveries
- Carry out checks and self-controls of cleaning
- Respect cleaning and disinfection schedules and fill out control documents
- Cleaning and disinfecting of the cold room once a week
- Regular cleaning and checks of vehicles (oil, tire pressure, coolant, cleanliness) - Anticipate the truck's fuel supply and the connection of the electric car
- By rotation, the third agent performs manual plonge and delivery missions between 10:30 and 11:30. According to service needs, the agent can reinforce different posts (vegetables, reception of goods) - Cleaning and regular maintenance of the battery washer (descaling)
