Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance tasks to keep rooms and facilities in safe, operable condition;
Respond to guest requests and facilities issues with timely follow-through;
Perform cleaning and general upkeep of hotel interior and exterior areas;
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and follow the Green Shield Binder procedures;
Maintain organized maintenance areas and records, including life safety/elevator inspections and tool inventory
