The Jasmine in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff and ensure safety and upkeep of the property. You will supervise repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and comply with OSHA standards while coordinating with the Community Manager.
Responsibilities include managing work orders, inspecting units and common areas, and training staff. A valid driver’s license and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred for this role.
