Overnight Fitness Studio Cleaner & Lead Miami, FL

Position Overview

Overnight Studio Cleaner & Lead – responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of boutique fitness studios across a four‑stop overnight route in Miami, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach. Shifts run approximately 11:00 pm–3:30 am, four nights per week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri).

• Deep cleaning boutique fitness studio spaces, including reformers, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas
• Taking before and after photos at each location to document results
• Following a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure consistency and quality
• Clocking in and out via a smartphone app at each stop
• Tracking inventory of cleaning supplies at each location and placing restocking orders
• Managing cleaner attendance and coordinating shift coverage or replacements
• Serving as the main point of contact with Slate’s support team for operational issues

• Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience
• Able to use a smartphone app to clock in/out and communicate for work
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to drive between multiple work locations on a 4‑stop route in Miami, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach
• Has a reliable personal vehicle for driving between work locations
• Available to work overnight approximately 11:00 pm–3:30 am on a recurring schedule, 4 nights per week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)

• Experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Experience tracking inventory and placing restocking orders for supplies
• Experience serving as a main point of contact for a support or operations team
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Competitive hourly pay: $17/hr for Cleaner, $19/hr for Lead, plus performance, shift streak, and solo coverage bonuses
• Realistic total earnings of $1,500–$1,700+ per month
• Consistent overnight schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)
