House Cleaner / Housekeeper — Residential Cleaning

Looking for a daytime job with no nights or weekends? Maid Pro South Miami is hiring House Cleaners / Housekeepers for house cleaning, apartment cleaning, and residential cleaning services while following assigned residential routes. We clean different homes each day. Daily hours may vary based on the services scheduled in our mobile app.

NEW COMPENSATION STRUCTURE — EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 28, 2026

• Regular cleaning: $17.50 per hour.
• Specialty or first-time cleaning: $18.50 per hour.
• Travel and waiting time between homes: $15.00 per hour.
• Employees keep 100% of their tips.
• Gas allowance: $3.00 for every home visited.
• 100% reimbursement of authorized tolls and parking.

SCHEDULE AND ROUTES

• Monday through Friday, generally 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• No nights or weekends required.
• Daily hours vary, and no fixed minimum number of hours is guaranteed.
• Management assigns routes based on scheduled services.
• We serve Miami-Dade from Doral and Hialeah down to Homestead.
• You must be willing to drive to any assigned service area. Employees may not choose or reject areas based on personal convenience.
• Initial training requires morning availability Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Follow Maid Pro's 49-point residential cleaning system.
• Properly use the cleaning products and equipment provided.
• Respect every client's privacy, belongings, and home.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, procedures, and quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and the office.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Current auto insurance showing your name as an insured driver of the vehicle used.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to physically perform residential cleaning duties.
• Punctuality, responsibility, attention to detail, and good communication.
• Ability to pass a background check consistent with applicable law. Because this position involves access to clients' homes and belongings, certain records involving theft, violence, assault, or breach of trust may be relevant to the duties of the position. Each case will be evaluated in accordance with applicable law.
