Regional Director of Maintenance

This role will support multiple senior living facilities across Florida, requiring travel across Florida.

HVAC and senior living experience is a must-have.

Responsibilities:

• Purpose:
  
  Provide leadership and oversight for building maintenance operations across multiple locations.
• Expectation:
  Hands-on maintenance management rather than strictly supervisory work.
• Portfolio Focus:
  Experience with hotels or apartment communities averaging 1,000 units or keys.
• Asset Type:
  Class B properties with approximately 20-year vintage.
• Operational Scope:
  Management of building systems, maintenance teams, and project execution.
• Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate with leadership to ensure operational continuity and asset upkeep.

Must-Have Skills and Attributes:

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 10 years of direct building maintenance experience.
• Technical Certification:
  Must hold a current HVAC certification with at least 10 years of experience.
• Asset Management:
  Background in Class B product management with 20-year vintage properties.
• Portfolio Scale:
  Demonstrated history managing large-scale operations (1,000+ units or keys).
• Style:
  Proven capability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks, not just administrative oversight.
