The Housekeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of all common property and facilities of the Association as they relate to the grounds, building, equipment, and recreational facilities. This is a fulltime role:
Wed thru Sun (Mon/Tues off) from 7:30am to 3:30pm.

• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping and cleaning surfaces
• Dust furniture and surfaces
• Assist guests with service requests when needed, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
• Identify and report possible repairs

• H.S Diploma or equivalent
• Highly reliable and punctual
• Detail-oriented
• Strong time management
• Housekeeping experience (preferably in a condo, HOA, residential or hotel setting)
• Able to lift up to 30lb
