Responsibilities- Physical activities related to exterior grounds maintenance.
- Janitorial duties helping to preserve and maintain any aspect of the apartment community and its facilities.
- Pool water management if applicable.
- Working alone or with other maintenance personnel to perform unit make‑ready process as well as intermediate level repairs (i.e. Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, HVAC & Painting).
- Participating in move‑in/out inspection process.
- General property maintenance as identified by supervisor.
- Participating in snow event preparation and removal.
- Responsible for responding to periodic after hours “emergency” maintenance requests.
- Participating in community and equipment related preventative maintenance tasks.
- Participating in inventory management of maintenance line items as needed.
- Taking responsibility for other work‑related tasks as assigned by Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Availability to work full‑time:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with emergency on‑call rotation as designated by the Community Manager. - 1 or more years of related experience that demonstrates a broad knowledge of general maintenance.
- EPA Type I & II, CAMT, and/or CPO certifications are a plus!
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- A valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
