Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Janitor in East Tawas for a full-time position!

Pay rate is $16.00 per hour. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Janitor to join our team at a manufacturing plant in East Tawas, MI. This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. No prior janitorial experience is required - training will be provided.

Responsibilities
-Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office areas
-Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office areas
-Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility
-Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
-Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
-Restock paper products and cleaning supplies
-Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs
-Follow all safety guidelines and chemical handling procedures
-Assist with light outdoor cleanup as needed (entryways, walkways)

Schedule is full-time (40+ hours per week), Monday - Friday (plus any mandatory weekend days), day shift (occasional overtime may be required). Benefits are available including Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligibility after probationary period), paid time off and holidays (eligible after hire-in). There will also be on-the-job training. This is stable, year-round employment.

This role is based within a manufacturing facility. The position may involve exposure to moderate noise levels and requires adherence to all safety and PPE guidelines.
