SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance department personnel in maintaining facilities and equipment to increase efficiency and promote a safe work environment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Manage maintenance department functions and personnel for assigned facilities
* Coordinate preventative maintenance with production planning staff
* Receive and review requests for maintenance and prioritize maintenance activities based on urgency and availability of resources
* Inspect equipment regularly to identify current and potential maintenance needs; recommend equipment upgrades or modifications
* Maintain records and documentation related to repairs made
* Manage work of technical maintenance staff, contractors or subcontractors
* Practice Creative Foam's values in a positive manner at all times
* Work overtime as required based on business needs and/or operational requirements
* Perform all other tasks as requested and required
