Warehouse / Logistics Technician

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for ensuring the goods reach the customer on time and in full (OTIF) by handling warehousing facilities and effectively managing time to pack and prepare goods for open orders. The role requires frequent and thorough communication with all parties to manage expectations and maintain satisfying relationships with distributors and customers.

• Pack, wrap, and prepare customer orders in accordance with open sales orders.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Manage BHC and AEC orders professionally, promptly, and courteously.
• Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and internal teams to meet shipping deadlines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and storage areas.
• Accurately complete and maintain all required paperwork and shipping documentation.
• Follow established warehouse processes, safety standards, and procedures.
• Communicate proactively to ensure expectations are understood and met.

• Hi-Lo experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient math skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with vendors in person.
• Excellent understanding of logistics principles.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications if necessary.
• Ability to work with others and/or independently.
• Frequent and repeated lifting of 20 lbs and maneuvering of 165 lbs.
• Must be able to remain standing for an entire shift.
• Energetic, self‑starter team players with minimal supervision and strong follow‑through.
• Demonstrated ability to follow and improve processes.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and integrity.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Patience and ability to manage stressful situations.
• Ability to work on the fly and shift responsibilities as needed.

• Moderate noise level with occasional louder periods.
• Some weekend work may be required during busy season.
• Some 2nd shift hours may be required.
• Work outdoors throughout all seasons.
