Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of plant maintenance, including preventive, reactive, and facilities maintenance;
Attend daily passover meetings to review ongoing issues, prioritize work orders, and coordinate with production and other maintenance team members;
Respond quickly to reactive maintenance needs to minimize downtime;
Troubleshoot and repair extrusion equipment, including motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, extruders, VFDs, and gearboxes;
Use PLC systems to assist with troubleshooting machine faults and control issues on production equipment
