About the role
The I&C/Testing Supervisor position will be located onsite in Bridgman, MI. This contract role is short‑term from the beginning of September until approximately mid‑October to support a refueling outage. It reports to the client management team within Projects and involves supporting the testing and implementation of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Direct technicians and all work activities
- Ensure that all work performed by technicians is completed safely, thoroughly and without error following the work packages, drawings, specifications, procedures and standards
- Review and walk through work packages before beginning work, ensuring they are sufficiently completed and closed out
- Ensure all personnel are trained and qualified to perform the assigned work
- Act as the primary contact between management and other work groups related to the work being performed
- Conduct pre‑job briefs before work starts
- Manage P6 scheduled work and communicate daily updates
- Five or more years of experience in supervision or oversight of maintenance personnel or activities
- Previous I&C experience
- Previous experience at the client’s site
- Residence within 50 miles of the job location
- Ability to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screening (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing

SalaryThe base hourly rate for this position, dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $60/hour to $80/hour.
