Samaritas is looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Affordable Living Community in Alpena, Michigan. This role involves hands-on work to keep our 65-unit community functional and welcoming. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least one year of maintenance experience. A valid driver's license is required. This position offers 34 hours per week with competitive pay plus benefits.
