Responsibilities
- Daily interaction with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations.
- Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling the job for installation.
- Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers apprised of work progress.
- Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members.
- Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations.
- Inspect vehicle to ensure proper parts are ordered.
- Provide excellent overall customer service.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
- May cross‑train to perform other duties as necessary.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- At least one year of sales experience (preferred).
- At least one year of experience with RV or camping products (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
- Excellent organization and follow‑up skills (required).
- Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies (preferred).
- Valid driver's license required.
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more. This is a variable pay role with uncapped variable pay.
