Perform work involving the skills to operate machines and mechanical equipment. Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance throughout the buildings, grounds and facilities.
Responsibilities- Perform grounds maintenance including general cleanup, landscaping, mowing including roads and shoulder maintenance
- Perform buildings and facilities maintenance including painting, construction, minor electric, pool, tennis court and general repairs.
- Perform snow removal;
Plowing, shoveling and sanding - Perform spring and fall setup duties as assigned
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year of responsible experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair; or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience. Good skill in the use of hand and power tools.
License/Certification- Driver's License
