Custodian Part Time 2nd Shift - in Okemos Public Schools

About the Role

We are hiring school custodians for Okemos Public Schools. The role is part of our GRBS Family.

• Minimum age 18, valid .
• Positive attitude.
• Team player.
• Customer service focused.
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and hardworking.
• Reliable transportation to and from work each day.
• No theft, violence or drug related convictions (due to Michigan public school requirements).

Monday–Friday (school year, no summer). Part‑time shifts:

• 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm
• 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
• 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
• 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Pay: $16.50 per hour.

• Arrive consistently on time.
• Follow GRBS processes.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate respectfully with all.
• Complete the job to the map and shift.

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned.
