Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Newaygo region seeking Maintenance Managers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidatesnot just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Manage the departmental budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
Oversee the scheduling and execution of all corrective and routine maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
Implement and manage a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related technical field.
7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in CMMS software implementation and optimization.
Proven ability to develop and manage maintenance budgets and capital expenditure projects.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their application to maintenance operations.
Bonus Qualifications
CMRP certification

Experience with CMMS implementation or optimization
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
Bilingual in Spanish
