Factory Cleaner

Location: Elkton, MI

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Only 3 hours a night-no weekends!)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Factory Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our client's industrial facility. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of custodial tasks designed to keep the plant operating smoothly and looking its best.

Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming designated warehouse and break areas.

• Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste and debris.

• Sanitizing high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and communal spaces to maintain health standards.

• Dusting fixtures, countertops, and office spaces within the factory environment.

• Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies and restroom stock as needed.

• Adhering to all safety protocols, including the correct usage of protective gear and chemical cleaning agents.

• A strong work ethic and a high level of reliability.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during a shift.

• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift standard cleaning equipment for the duration of the shift.

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred, but not required-we will train the right candidate!
