Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation of critical building systems including refrigeration, boilers, chillers, and related mechanical/electrical equipment;
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repair on site utility systems such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and motors;
Conduct routine tests and inspections on support equipment including water testing, chemical inventories, and brine levels;
Assist with major repairs and maintenance of building systems, ensuring optimal operation and safety compliance;
Document all work performed using Computerized Maintenance Management System and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
