Industrial Lead Custodian Day Shift

Position Overview

Perfection Commercial Services is hiring a sand removal associate in Homer, Michigan. The position works Thursday through Monday, 6 am–2 pm, at an hourly rate of $22.

The successful candidate will:

• Shovel and sweep piles of sand in a physically demanding environment.
• Wear a respirator and maintain safety standards.
• Take before and after photographs and send them to the team.
• Communicate updates via email with the crew.

Requirements:

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to lift 50 lb (or more) repeatedly.
• Comfortable with daily repetitive motions: bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, squatting.

• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Enthusiastic, strong work ethic, dependable with regular attendance.
