OpportunityCACI has a need for experienced Hardness Maintenance/Hardness Surveillance Field Service Technicians in Aurora, CO. These positions will reside at Buckley SFB, CO.
Responsibilities- Monthly Inspections
- Quarterly Inspections
- Semi - Annual Inspections
- HM/HS repair
- Requires job knowledge of Hardness Maintenance Hardness Surveillance maintenance of mobile assets. Procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
- Typically, has 5 years of experience or more. Vocational or technical education in addition to related work experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products;
Outlook, Word, Excel. - Physical abilities include the use of arms, hands, and fingers to operate tools and various equipment. Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, bending, crawling, reaching, and handling, pushing, pulling, and working in confined spaces.
- Able to focus on items less than 20 inches away (corrected or uncorrected), see in three dimensions and distinguish all colors.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance before start of work.
- Responsibilities will include refurbishment of customer equipment that consists of the following activities: sanding, grinding, cleaning, painting, and use of various hand tools such as grinders, sanders, drills, etc.
- Could be tasked to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 25% of the time.
- Possess proven problem-solving skills and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
- Use of basic test equipment, pneumatic, powered and hand tools will be required.
