• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Cleans plant as directed to keep it in safe operating condition.

• Every employee is expected to promote a safe work environment and safe job performance by actively participating in all plant safety programs as directed by the Management.
• Perform general manual labor throughout the Plant and Quarry as directed.
• Including but not limited to shoveling, sweeping, vacuuming, jack hammering, etc.
• Report any environmental issues.
• Report any safety issues/concerns.
• Assist in any other activities as required.
• Fill in when trained as needed for other classifications containing vacancies.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Limited expectation of independent decision-making beyond day-to-day operational tasks. Work under the supervision of a Production Supervisor.

No supervisory responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to extreme heat, wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration.
