• Clean resident rooms under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, and designated interior and exterior spaces
• Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety standards
• Support infection control and sanitation practices throughout the center
• Help maintain a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care or large institutional setting preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to interact positively and respectfully with residents and families
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
• Excellent attendance and reliability
