Our equipment, facilities, and fleet play a critical role in supporting production, and we are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Coordinator to take ownership of keeping them running safely and efficiently.
This position is responsible for coordinating and performing maintenance activities across our manufacturing facility, equipment, vehicles, and material handling fleet. This is a department-of-one role that requires strong initiative, communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills.

Important to Know Before ApplyingThis is not a maintenance role where work orders are handed to you all day.
You will be expected to:
- Take ownership of the maintenance department
- Prioritize and manage maintenance activities independently
- Coordinate maintenance work with department managers to minimize disruption
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records
- Communicate proactively regarding equipment issues, repairs, and downtime
- Coordinate outside vendors when specialized repairs or inspections are required
- Forklifts (electric and propane)

Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (hours can be somewhat flexible)
Pay Range: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on maintenance experience, troubleshooting ability, equipment repair skills, and preventive maintenance program experience)

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement corrective actions
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime
- Coordinate specialized repairs with outside vendors when necessary
- Verify equipment operation following repairs
- Perform maintenance and repairs on propane and electric forklifts
- Maintain company vehicles, golf carts, and other mobile equipment
- Track completed maintenance activities and equipment history
- Document repairs, breakdowns, fixes, and recurring issues
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency
- Communicate with department managers regarding upcoming maintenance work
- Coordinate maintenance timing to minimize production disruptions
- Provide status updates on repairs, downtime, and maintenance priorities
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and employees across departments
- Maintain building systems and general facility infrastructure
- Support ongoing improvements to the facility and maintenance systems
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
- 2+ years experience repairing and maintaining electric and propane forklifts required
- Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Experience performing vehicle and trailer maintenance
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
