Responsibilities include daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas; trash and recycling removal; floor care; restocking supplies; and setting up rooms for events. The custodian helps uphold Hillsdale's mission-driven, classical campus environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and care for facilities while interacting courteously with students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
