Club Corp - 7000 Oakhurst Lane - Responsibilities:
Maintain carpets by vacuuming and spot cleaning; sweep, mop, and polish floors including courts, exercise rooms, lobby, restrooms, and hallways;
Dust and wipe furniture, shelves, and fixtures; clean ceilings HVAC registers;
Complete daily assignments to club standards and communicate with supervisor on work requests;
Perform or coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings);
Maintain maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and improvements
