No prior commercial janitorial experience is strictly required; we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed.

• Surface Sanitization:
  Dusting, wiping down, and disinfecting high-touch areas such as desks, countertops, handles, and office equipment.
• Floor Care Maintenance:
  Sweeping, dry-mopping, and damp-mopping hard surfaces, as well as thoroughly vacuuming carpeted workflows and entryways.
• Restroom Remediation:
  Thoroughly washing and disinfecting toilets, urinals, sinks, and mirrors while replenishing essential paper goods and soap dispensers.
• Waste Management:
  Gathering and emptying all interior trash and recycling bins, replacing liners, and transporting waste to designated outdoor dumpsters.
• Common Area Upkeep:
  Refreshing breakrooms, kitchenettes, and lobbies to ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors the following day.
• Facility Security:
  Adhering strictly to lock-up protocols, which include turning off designated lighting, securing windows, and setting building alarms upon departure.

• Dependability: A proven track record of excellent attendance and arriving punctually for scheduled shifts.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to perform continuous physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Self-Motivation:
  The capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality control standards.
• Transportation:
  Possession of reliable transit to travel consistently to the job site in Caseville.
• Background Screening:
  Willingness to undergo a standard criminal background check as part of our secure hiring process.
