Nawa Professional Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian/Janitor to join our team in the Kalkaska area! We have part-time and full-time opportunities in a school setting and an immediate start.

Full Time Opportunity:

Monday
- Friday: 3:00pm- 11:30pm
Occasional weekend hours may be required for school event setup and teardown

• Schedules may shift to first shift hours during school breaks.

Part-Time Openings:

Monday through Friday 4-hour block between 3:00 PM and 11:30 PM.
You choose your start time, which will remain consistent each day.
Occasional weekend hours may be required for school event setup and teardown

• Schedules may shift to first shift hours during school breaks.

Pay Rate: $15 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment ( We'll provide training)
• As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Able to successfully pass a background check and meet school clearance requirements, including fingerprinting.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable and able to show up on time consistently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning standards
• Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
