Custodian Position at Falcon Lakeside Manufacturing

Falcon Lakeside Manufacturing, an Arti Flex Family Company, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented part-time custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at our Stevensville and Eau Claire facilities. This position plays a vital role in supporting our employees, visitors, and production operations by ensuring that office, restroom, cafeteria, and manufacturing areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while managing responsibilities across multiple facilities. This position is part time, 20-25 hours per week. Hours are flexible and supports our Stevensville and Eau Claire facilities.

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and sanitation of company facilities, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, cafeterias, common areas, and manufacturing spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and trash removal.
• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue as needed.
• Maintain cafeteria and break room areas, including cleaning tables, countertops, appliances, and floors.
• Clean manufacturing and warehouse areas using approved methods, equipment, and cleaning products.
• Operate various custodial equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and chemical handling procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management in a timely manner.
• Assist with facility setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects.
• Travel between the Stevensville and Eau Claire locations as required to support facility needs. (We do provide mileage reimbursement)
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
• This position works in both office and manufacturing settings. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required when working in production areas.
• Must adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel between company facilities; mileage reimbursement is provided.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment, ladders, and related custodial tools.
• Ability to work in office, restroom, cafeteria, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and varying temperatures in accordance with safety guidelines.
