Koch - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generators) to ensure safety and efficiency;
Fix minor electrical issues, plumbing, drywall, painting, lighting, and furniture repairs;
Perform general cleaning, floor maintenance, and trash removal, particularly during events;
Ensure work is compliant with EH&S Performance Standards;
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
