St. Mary Parish & School in Lake Leelanau, MI is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance & Custodial Coordinator to oversee the care, maintenance, and appearance of our parish and school campus. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring our buildings and grounds remain safe, clean, and well-maintained while coordinating custodial operations and working with contractors on facility projects.

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Occasional evenings and weekends as needed

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate and oversee daily custodial operations.
• Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and appearance of campus buildings and grounds.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and facility systems.
• Coordinate maintenance projects and work with outside contractors and inspectors.
• Purchase maintenance and custodial supplies.
• Set up facilities for parish and school events.
• Communicate facility needs and major repairs with administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• General knowledge of building maintenance and custodial practices.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Experience in facility maintenance is preferred.
