Golden Orchards is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead day-to-day facility operations in a senior living environment. The role covers inside and outside maintenance, ensuring safety, cleanliness and comfort for residents, with responsibilities across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems.
You will respond to emergencies, supervise routine inspections, manage move-ins/move-outs, maintain grounds, equipment and documentation, and enforce OSHA and local codes.
